VIX 1003 digital cabinet X-ray system is used to easily investigate the material integrity of an object or system. Our user-friendly software, which requires no formal training, has been specially designed to offer tools for measuring and analyzing the images. VIX 1003 cabinet system is fully lead shielded so as to meet the strictest international regulations. The cabinet is completely self-contained and is designed with a lead/glass inspection and loading window. Should your need require repeated inspection of multiple, identical objects, Krystalvision can work with you for a conveyorized digital X-ray system.
The object to be inspected is moved on a 5 dimension axis while maintaining the coordination and alignment between source and detector.
Based on the need, we will use the right combination of x ray source and detector. VIX 1003 can be equipped with x ray sources ranging from 100kV to 350kV and detector sizes from 2″ x 2″ to 20″ x 20.
